Hi Folks,
I have used an R script as a data source in powerBI using Get Data and created visuals with the R output data. As i found some mistakes in my R code, I want to edit my R script embedded in PowerBI. But I coudn't locate where my Rscript is in powerBI. What is the navigation basically to access to the R script given as input? leads are much appreciated. Thanks!
Hi All,
I have given an R script into powerBI using Get Data. Created few visuals with the R output. Now I want make some modifications in my R script. How to edit my R script in PowerBI? I couldn't find where my R script is in PowerBI? Thanks in advance!
Hi @asifumar2008,
Please open query Editor, go to Applied Steps, find the step named Run R Script, click on the gear button, it will prompt the screen to modify the R script.
Also you can open Advanced Editor in Query Editor, you can also see the R script.
Best Regards,
QiuyunYu
I am also looking to edit the original R script that I used to Get Data.
I did find it in Advanced Editor with some additional formating, which makes it hard to read.
But I haven't found that option in Applied Steps.
This may be due to the fact that I imported several tables from one same R script.
Still, I am looking on where to go from here.
Thanks.
