How to access PowerBi from Excel Power Query

When I try to connect to my PowerBI account (where I have my tabular model deployed) I keep getting this message. Anyone know why?

Can you check the status from your O365 Admin Center to check whether Power BI subscription is valid.

You don't have a Power BI add on license for your Office 365 tenant. The preview access doesn't give you Data Catalog feature

To clarify my answer above, you need a paid version of Power Bi, not a free one to access Data Catalog.  So if you don't have one you need to buy one and the associate it with your user account in Office 365 admin page.
