When I try to connect to my PowerBI account (where I have my tabular model deployed) I keep getting this message. Anyone know why?
Can you check the status from your O365 Admin Center to check whether Power BI subscription is valid.
To clarify my answer above, you need a paid version of Power Bi, not a free one to access Data Catalog. So if you don't have one you need to buy one and the associate it with your user account in Office 365 admin page.
