Help Needed for Work

Hi-   I am sending RFQs to 7 vendors and I am tyring to create a data base that will refresh as prices come in. I would like to only pull in the minimum price value if the minimum is greater than 0...

Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
