Handle Array in column

Hi Experts,
I have a "Label" and "Value" columns in my dataflow. Most of the labels and their values are type strings.

However, there are few values which comes in as [List]. The [list] array has ONLY "one" string inside.

Is there a way I can expand the [list] array within the value column, which gets applied to each value which has [list] type?? so that the string inside array becomes the value?
