Hi Guys, i need to update the column "Previous Step Approval Date" if the column "Repproval Status" shows Rejected, but at the same time, i want to keep that updated date even if the column Reproval Status Shows "On Going" (the upset of Rejected) in the future. this thing is driving me crazy, because i know what to do to change the date if shows rejected, but the problem is when the status is not "rejected" anymore. Would you guys know something that cold help me out?

Sorry I'm not quite clear about your problem. If the status is rejected, how do you want to update the approval date, could you please show the expected result?

there is a workflow, like step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, and everytime the order is repproved, he came back to a step that he already has been in the past, so, in the files that is extracted from the tool that we use, it shows the date in a wrong way, shows that the order is now in a step that he already has been, but with the first date approval of the first time he was in this step. i need to uptade the date approval when the order is rejected, because it´s gonna show the first date approval of the past time that order was approved in this step

It's a little more abstract, how can we get the date approval when the order is rejected. From the image you provided, can't get information about the steps for a definite folder code.
