Google Analytics custom segments

Hey All! I am trying to connect different Google Analytics accounts to Power BI so that I can compare data across multiple websites for my company.  I have created custom segments within GA, but I am not able to figure out how to use them within the Power BI Desktop.  I can find those same parameters within Power BI once I pull the data in from GA, but it is not functioning in the same way.  Any help would be appreciated! 

Example: I want to compare page load times across different device types.  But instead of just device type I want to compare mobile devices using wifi vs. mobile devices without wifi.  To specify the wifi piece I use Network Domain.  Within Power BI though there is nowhere that I can create this 'segment'.
