Gateway usage in Power BI Service
Hello,
I have installed a On premise data gateway on a machine that is always on. However, another developer has to use it and schedule refresh in power BI Service, do they have to install on premise gateway on their machine?
No, they can use the same gateway when scheduling refreshes on their dataset

Adding to other's post. you can add the developers as gateway administrators following the guide in this article:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-manage.
This way, as long as they are able to access data sources from the gateway machine, they are able to use the gateway to refresh their dataset.
