I have table in power bi:

One way is to create a new Query From the Query Editor as follows
List.RemoveMatchingItems(YourTable[Name],YourTable[Done])
Also we can create a calculated table with DAX
from the modelling tab>>new Table
CalculatedTable = Except(VALUES(YourTable[Name]),VALUES(YourTable[Done]))
