Realized I should have probably posted this here instead of in Desktop...
This came up on TechNet back in August around the support for the "Mileage" field in Exchange calendar items:

Happy to report that this seems to have been solved. Now when you connect to Exchange in Desktop, there is an "Attributes" column and you can use expansion to get to the "Extended Attributes" column and then expand that to get to "Mileage" column and a whole host of other columns.
Nice job Power Query folks. Not sure if this has made its way back into Excel.
