count = if(HASONEVALUE('Table'[id]), SUM('Table'[id]),CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[id]), FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'), [Measure]=1))-CALCULATE(MIN('Table'[id]), FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'), [Measure]=1)))
