Hi,

I am trying to integrate my PowerBI with Adobe Analytics. However, when integrating with oauth i receive this error.

@henrikcodan,

A similar issue about integrating with Adobe Analytics has been reported internally. Firstly, navigate to the Adobe Marketing cloud portal, and click on Analytics and see if it's linked to the account you are trying to create the content pack for.

If the above is met, please verify if you have web API access enabled following the guide in this article: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/web_services_admin.html .

At last, please check if you are entering the correct company/report suite name in the parameters.

Lydia

i am facing issues creating a PowerBI dashboard using multiple segments. I need to show Segments as a column and add corresponding metrics.

Any video which shows how to create a PBI dashboard using Adobe Analytics data source will be helpful.

Tried the things you proposed without any succes. Any other solutions?

@henrikcodan,

Please use fiddler to monitor what happened during the connection process, and post fiddler trace log here.

I have been getting the same error.  I do not see how to attach a Fiddler .saz file here.

I have the same issue, how can we solve this bad experience?

I have had (I belive) the same issue: Unable to authenticate. How do I post a log trace here? I can't see how to attach a .saz file here.
