Error when installing personal gateway

Hi,

I'm installing a personal gateway on an windows 10 machine and I'm getting this error when trying to log in into my corporate account. I had the personal gateway installed previously and then I uninstalled and at the moment of installing it again, but I'm facing this error. Any clue on how to solve it?

Please reboot your machine after you uninstall the gateway, and make sure you download the latest installion package, then check if you get any errors.

Hi Lydia, no luck. I reboot the machine after uninstalling and when installing again, I still have the same error. I'm adding the image. Any idea? This is driving me crazy!
