ezequiel,

Please reboot your machine after you uninstall the gateway, and make sure you download the latest installion package, then check if you get any errors.

    Hi Lydia, no luck. I reboot the machine after uninstalling and when installing again, I still have the same error. I'm adding the image. Any idea? This is driving me crazy!
