Date format issues

Hi Team,

I have 2 Date related queries/issues with Power Apps while I am trying to create a form in Power App.

1) When I enter a Start Date and End Date from the Date picker , and submit my form , it is submitted successfully. However, when I view the records I see the date has a time suffixed to it. This is been taken from an excel and I made sure the column is formatted to 'Date'. How to ignore the time from date. I have used Text(ThisItem.Start_Date,"mm/dd/yyyy")

2) I also see that the same start date and end date comes up as a number instead of date.

Need assistance!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Syndicate_Admin

If you want to use Power Query to transform it in advance, ensure the date columns are of Date type.
