Dataflow Failure - Source Data Omits missing variables from reports

Good Morning,

I'm having an issue with a dataflow refresh that fails when the source omits missing variables from the reports. The refresh works great during the day when none of the columns are missing, but during the early morning hours when data may not exist for some of the columns I get an error (the data is weather reports). Is there a way to ignore the missing data or any other solution?
