Data load issue

Hi,

I have data load issue, there are 47,000 submission in Kobotoolbox, but my PBI desktop can only load 30,000 submission, pls help.

Hey,

It might be that there is a 30k load limit per request set in the source itself. This is sometimes done to reduce the load om the source. What kind of connector do you use?

A lot can be going on. What kind of license do you have? A row count of 47.000 should be doable. Could you provide some more information?

My type of license is Pro.

In KOBO toolsbox I have 47361 submissions, this project (data) connect power BI, before this is work.  But now it only load 30000 submissons.  The max data 29/2/24, but it not load other data unitl now.

hello @Sayalack , please check that whether you have filtered the data, and after loading data , you can click the refresh button to refresh the data source.

I do the refresh after loading and check I have no any filtered the data.  The issue still remain it can not load all data that I have.
