Hello,
I am looking to connect via Power BI to Azure Active Directory to retrieve the tables that store information of all licensed users with E5 and F3 licenses within my organization. I don't see why Power BI wouldn't be able to do this and automate the data pull. This information is already available in the Microsoft Admin Portal but it requires a manual pull. See image below for some reference:
My other idea was to create a cloud flow and save this info into a Sharepoint list if PowerBI is not capable to do this, but I am not sure if this integration is possible within Power Automate either. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Sorry to disturb you...
But did I answer your question ? Please mark my reply as solution. Thank you very much.

Hi @v-stephen-msft - Coming from the same page as the original author of this post, I'd like to achieve this, too.
Ideally, what I'd like to establish is an automated reporting from "ENTRA portal -> Billing -> Licenses -> All Products", keyword being "automated". As there may be daily changes, such as new users joining or licensing being up/downgraded as necessary, is there any way to directly query ENTRA from PowerBI?
//edit: typo
Hi @Anonymous ,
You can download users as the .csv file. Then connect the csv file to Power BI Desktop.
