Cannot schedule refresh for datasets with MS Exchange Online data

Exchange usage data not updated after Feb...other data updated until march

More over we have only one month of data. how we can get historic data for ref

More details could help us understand your scenario better.

Normally, when the dataset only contains Exchange online data source, no gateway is required.

Do you have combine data source or only the Exchange online data source?

It seems that you could refresh successfully before February.

Please check your refresh history under Settings.
