Hi all!
Is there any options how can I get the latest date in the date column without "latest date" function? Because it doesn't work in with my table in power query and after 10 minutes loading just gives me "Evaluation was cancelled".
I have a pretty big table with millions rows from the middle of the 2021 year and I only need the latest date in the column Source.Name. I tried to make it shorter by keeping only 1000 bottom rows, but the result is the same - "Evaluation was cancelled".
I also tried different data filters - "in the previous ...", "after ..." and it loads forever again.
Is there any other option in power query, that can help effectively filter this column only by the latest date?
Thanks!

Hi @denis163 ,
Please add a step like:
= Table.SelectRows(PreviousStepName, each [Source.Date] = List.Max(PreviousStepName[Source.Date]))
