Calculate the count of bus within the start and end time

Hi All,

I am trying to calculate the count of buses between the start and end time. 
The table consist of 3 columns: Start time(hrs),End time(hrs) and Bus Number. I have also created a series table which has list of all the timings between start and end time. A graph should be generated with series time in the axis and count of bus in the value.

This is helpful, however is there any chance to make this work using generating a series of time and establishing the relationship between them. I was trying to understand why the pbix file which I attached is not working.
