CRM online schedule refresh
Hi,
I have a report that contains data from an on premise Excel file and from CRM Online. I want the CRM Online data to update every day with schedule refresh and I will update the Excel file once a month manually. So I only want the CRM Online data to update through schedule refresh. Is this possible?

As the dataset contains local Excel and Dynamics CRM online file, you need to utilize the personal gateway to build connection. The personal gateway should be installed on the same machine as Excel resides on. Then you can configure schedule refresh for the dataset, both Excel and Dynamics CRM will be refreshed at the same time when hit the schedule time.

rolf1994 Both will be refreshed every time, there is no current funcationality that would allow you to partition or seperate the refresh of a dataset.
