Adding data to the database directly from Power BI

 Is it possible to add interactive elements onto Power BI to allow user to change or add data to the database (e.g. Excel or any other) and save these changes?

What you will want to do is to embed a PowerApp Custom visual in your report.  Here is the blog post which talks about it:

What are required licenses for this setup? At least 1 user with a €40 monthly Powerapps license for sharing?
