What can you expect?

We're going to host a series of contests, including things like data visualization in Power BI and Fabric, SQL, AI prompting, and more! Starting off with...the Power BI Dataviz World Championships, Barcelona edition!

The Microsoft Power BI Dataviz World Champs start on June 16, 2026. Please join us in congratulating @jeromeian and @MariusHelle - our Round 1 winners! Check out their entries and the judges favorites in our blog post!

Join the journey from kickoff on June 16 through three competitive rounds, ending in a live finale at FabCon Barcelona. 

• Kickoff: June 16, 2026 - join dataviz icons for the live kickoff!

• Round 1️⃣: June 16 - June 26 (entries close June 26 at 11:59 PM) - live at 8am Pacific on the 16th! Winners announced on Friday, July 10

• Round 2️⃣: July 7 - July 19* (entries close July 19 at 11:59 PM) - (detailed submission instructions)

• Round 3️⃣: July 28 - August 9* (entries close August 9 at 11:59 PM)

• Wildcard winner: Selected by judges (any entry, any round)

• Live Finale: FabCon 2026 in Barcelona, Spain

Hello there! I am a person working in the field of AI and Data Science based out of Pakistan, and I am extremely thrilled to be a part of Data Days 2026. I have finished my modules for both DP 600 and DP 700 with 100% success rate in the quizzes. Now, I am completely immersing myself in the DP 800 SQL AI Engineer path to learn more about implementing vector search and RAG workflows.

I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone at Microsoft Fabric for Data Days 2026!

Being a Kaggle Notebooks Expert with a ranking of #539 globally (top 0.8% of over 62,000 code contributors), I'm very excited about working with complicated data sets and building data automation pipelines. I have completed my learning paths for DP-600 and DP-700 and now completing other modules in DP-800 which will help me integrate my automated ML pipelines with enterprise data architecture.

I'm really looking forward to discussing, discovering real-time analytics engines, and sharing some engineering insights with you all!
