Access issues for MySQL database when using copy data activity in data Pipeline

Hi,

I was trying to use copy data activity in data pipeline for importing data from MySQL database. But its showing the below error message.

Unable to connect to the mysql server, errorMsg: Access denied for user ''@'<ip Addrerss>' (using password: NO) Access denied for user ''@'<ip Addrerss>' (using password: NO) Activity ID: <activity id>

But at the same time I am able to use Dataflow Gen 2 to access the same MySQL database with the same credintials.

Anyone know then why I am getting the above error while using the copy activity in data pipeline ? Appreciate any kind of help.

The error message "Access denied for user ''@'<ip Addrerss>' (using password: NO)" indicates that the Microsoft Fabric using Pipeline copy activity is unable to connect to your MySQL server due to permission issues.

Ensure you have entered the correct username and password for a user with appropriate access to the MySQL database in the Pipeline copy activity configuration. Double-check for typos.
