iOS vs Web Power BI Sync Issue

Hi, I seem to be having trouble with the view of power BI in the web and iOS. The dates and filters are updated when you check the dashboard in the web. However, when viewed in iPad, the filters become distorted and thus shows different values. Any thoughts on how to resolve the issue? Thank you and big help!

Hey @bctl ,

1) Can you try using the "refresh" action (found in the menu at the report header top right elipsis)?

 2) Can you please send us screen capture of the filter view in the app vs. the browser? Please use Power BI Mobile Support <mpbisup@microsoft.com>.
