iOS dashboard blank

I suport a team of sales people and the iOS people are getting blank screens on their phones and and iPads and they've downloaded latest update.  The Android people are fine.  Is this a known iOS iss...

    I had the rep uninstall the app and then reinstall and that seems to have fixed the issue.  Thank you.
