iOS dashboard blank

I suport a team of sales people and the iOS people are getting blank screens on their phones and and iPads and they've downloaded latest update.  The Android people are fine.  Is this a known iOS issue?  And if so, when will it be resolved?

    I had the rep uninstall the app and then reinstall and that seems to have fixed the issue.  Thank you.

    We are sorry to hear that, Can you please elaborate on the issue? are the blank screens happen when opening a dashboard or a report?
