iOS app version 9.8 crashes

iOS app version 9.8 crashes - both iPhone and iPad (updated Nov 06, 2016). Reinstall doesn't help.   A few 1-star reviews has been appeared on iTunes. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-po...
