Hi,
I have a report, published as an app, that is refreshed on a daily basis with no refresh errors. Users with Android mobile devices have not reported any issues with app performance or refreshes. However, I have a user with an IPhone who has told me that the refreshed report isn't available for several hours after the scheduled refresh and sometimes doesn't display data at all. In the mobile app, the user clicks the refresh button but still has the same problem. Is this because the report was deployed as an app instead of a dashboard? If not, what other considerations exist for this issue.
Thanks.

hey @Anonymous ,
Each report has a refresh option in the "..." at the report header. This is true for report in app and in workspace.
Is your IPhone user does not see that option in the header? Can you please verify the device version and app version?
Thanks Maya

Hi @Anonymous
Can you let the user check whether he can see the refreshed report in web browser on his IPhone?
You can also try sharing the report to this user directly to test whether he can see refreshed data after dataset refreshing. If he still fails to see the refreshed report, try sharing another report to him to test whether this happens on the specific report or on other reports too.
In addition, is it possible to test whether this happen on other iOS devices (iPhone, iPad...)?
