Does these tiles contain any RLS settings? If this is a case, it seems like the known issue which power bi team are working on fix.(it also appears on power bi service)

There is no RLS seeting in our tiles.

Since I can't reproduce your issue, perhaps you can try to contact to power bi mobile team for further support.
