can't load report power bi mobile for windows 10

I used  the Power BI mobile apps to open but the report keeps loading for a long time , i can show reports  with .csv data source, but when i use reports with DATASET i have this problem

Is there a fix for this issue?  We are running into a similar issue when viewing Power BI and Mobile Reports in IE 11 on Windows 10 boxes.
