Issue: When zooming in/out on a Power BI report using an iPhone, the page reloads data and resets to its original state, causing poor user experience. How can we prevent data reloading during zoom?
Are there additional solutions to avoid data reloading during zoom on iOS? Could this be a bug in Power BI’s mobile rendering? Any workarounds or official fixes?

Hi @framing ,
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Fabric Community.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, there are no known issues officially reported regarding Power BI reports reloading when zooming in or out on an iPhone. However, this behavior is likely due to how mobile browsers handle page scaling and re-renders rather than a specific Power BI bug.
To improve the experience, we recommend using the Power BI Mobile App, as it is optimized for iOS and prevents unnecessary page reloads. If using a browser is necessary, try disabling "Request Desktop Website" in Safari and testing alternative browsers like Chrome or Edge to see if the issue persists.
Additionally, ensuring that the report is optimized for mobile layout in Power BI Desktop can reduce the need for zooming and improve usability.
If the issue continues despite these steps, we encourage submitting feedback through the Power BI Ideas Forum or opening a support ticket for further investigation.

Instead of zooming, utilize Power BI's focus mode to enlarge specific visuals. This approach allows for a detailed view without affecting the entire report's layout or triggering a reload. iOS tends to zoom into input fields with font sizes smaller than 16px. By setting the font size to 16px or larger, you can prevent automatic zooming behaviors that may cause page reloads.
