Worksspace and Service App
I have connected on workspace to my quickbooks account for a client. I want to connect a different work space to another QB account, bu it is not allowing me to connect the second workspace. What am i missing?

Do you mean you are get data from one workspace and you wanted import other workspace contents? If this is a case, current it is impossible.(live connection mode allow support one datasource)

One of the other answers given was that Power BI only allows one sign in for addon services like Quickbooks. If that is the case then it will not work for me. Is there a workaround for that?
I have multiple accounts in my Quickbooks online program. I would like to connect each Quickbooks account to a different workstation. Is that possible? Is there a workaround to make this happen?

Unfortunately, current power bi service side seems not support you to get data to group workspace, you can only get data to personal workspace.
Since quickbook connection available in power bi desktop, I'd like to suggest you create a quickbook template on desktop side and parametrized your connection string.

After these, you can use this template to generate multiple reports based on different account and publish them to correspond workspace.
