When trying to open a .DOCX file in Word 2013&nbsp; I receive the following error message:“there was an error opening the file.”What can be causing this to happen?

eric3939&nbsp;Shot in the dark here. Did you recently upgrade from Win 7 to 10?This could resolve&nbsp;your issue, otherwise, make sure you are on the latest version (get latest updates) and see if the problem still persists.
