Web view look difference when View on iPad

I understand that Mobile view is good on smart phones but I also expect to get the same Web view on the ipad. Is there any way to do so? Thank you

How to send as email, I saw only Sharing button on BI Dashboard.

        (no using Power BI sharing...)
