Using Power Bi Phone App as an External Partner

Hello,

What I am trying to do at the moment is allow my external users to view my reports on their phone. I wrongfully assumed that they would be able to log in through the phone app and view the reports they can view in their web space. All my users are hosted on the Azure AD and assigned a pro license through there. I guess what has happened is they have successfully logged in, but are logging into their own tenant and no the tenant where the reports actually exist.

Has anyone else run into this issue? is there a workaround?

Hi @kk0036,

Yes, current external sharing users can only click on share email link to access shared contents. These contents not real share to external users' workspace.

For your scenario, I'd like to suggest you take a look at below link who told about add external user as guest of your domain.
