Hello,
I have a PowerBI being shared through the app.
I have some people who can view the data in the PowerBI and some who cannot.
I have a base file with all the viewers in there. Each viewer can only see data for their building.
Viewers are in the file with their email address.
NO visible spaces before or after their email or their building name.
All viewers are in the RLS window.
All viewers are in the PowerBI App window as the audience.
Users from Building A also match the building name of viewers from Building A.
What did I miss. I am not understanding why some people can from the file can view the data and some people cannot view the data.

Hi @TanyaT ,
You may need to make sure that your viewers don't have edit access to your report. If the user has edit access to the report, RLS will be invalid.
