QR codes and Augmented reality

Can anyone help please?

 

My QR codes dont load the tiles into augmented reality. Instead they just load the tiles full screen as if I had selected it through the dashboard.

 

FYI: Im am using an Iphone 7 Plus (just incase that matters)

    OS version:
    App build version (can be found under Settings>About from Power BI app):

    is the tile a costum visual? if not what type was it (Bar chart, table ect):

      iOS 10.1.1
      Mobile PowerBi version 9.9

       

      It was a simple table that was displayed

      So I am having the same problem. It wont even show my camera/ or what my camera sees. It usually just loads an entire dashboard. now that wont even work. Is there a certain way you are supposed to load/generate specific tiles within a dashboard? Do you HAVE to use the Focus mode in order to get a single tile, vs the Entire dashboard? That seems unclear.

       

      Regardless, the Camera isnt even showing, nor will it focus on the QR code. 

       

      Using Iphone 6 - version 10.2.1

       

      power bi version 12.0 (1.2.170320.112403)
