I don't know whether this is a solution or not, but I was working on some problems between my phone and smart watch. I restarted my phone as a diagnostic step, and when I unlocked my phone, I got a notification saying that a certificate is being installed on my phone (From where? Exactly nowhere!). I checked certificate details and found out that its related to Certum Domain Validation (Unizeto Technologies S.A.) which has issued our server's certificate. So I decided to install it - and voila! Power BI mobile app problem gone! Now I'm stuck installing the same certificate on other phones (which of course is not the topic of this forum).
