PowerBI Mobile App + ADFS Authentication + F5 Big IP authentication loop

Between end user mobile app and ADFS we have F5 Big IP load balancer.

recently in our setup F5 Big IP load balancer was introduced, after that everything works except power BI mobile app. Before introduction of load balancer everything was working fine.

When the user tries to connect using mobile app, the authentication keeps on going in loop and it fails at the end. however if the same user uses browser from mobile phone or a desktop the authentication is successful.
