Power BI on iOS latest update broken

Is anyone else having issues after upgrading to the latest app version from the iOS store? Reports flash an image and then the whole screen goes white.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, was not successful

We are releasing a fix that should arrive to the store soon. Please look for version 31.3 in the app store in the coming days.

 

Can you please reply back and let us know if the devices having the issue are managed by Intune?

Yes we have Intune on the devices but they are BYOD and not company issued.

Are you using Microsoft Intune (and working from work profile)?

It's not every report but a healthy 98% of them.  Yes we are using Intune working from a work profile

What version of mobile app are you worked and faced the issue? Any device system environment/patch update applied before you install the mobile app? Can you please share some more detail information about this issue? They should help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.

This morning everything worked on 31.1, I had reports of it not working on 31.2 and when I upgraded to 31.2, it also stopped working for me. Reports either load slowly, render and then completely blank out or reports don't load at all. I have 2-3 reports that I've seen actually populate and stay on the screen but I cannot find a commonality between those reports
