Helper IIPower BI Mobile view
Hi,
We have had an issue, where a previous report appeared in the mobile view format on users phones, but now we have a new report, that doesn't show in the mobile view on users phones.
The issue we need to solve is:
How do you set up power BI reports with a mobile view, so that the mobile view shows on users Phones when they look at the report?
Importantly, this is regarding users viewing the report on browers on their phones, rather than through the Power BI mobile app.
Is there a solution without the use of the mobile app?

The mobile layout you build in Power BI (View → Mobile layout) is only supported in the Power BI Mobile App. When users open a report in a browser on their phone, it will always show the desktop layout (scaled down), there is no option to force the mobile view there.
If your users must use browsers, the workaround is to create a separate mobile-friendly report page (simplified visuals, vertical layout) and let users navigate to that page. Otherwise, to take advantage of the true mobile view, users need to open the report in the Power BI Mobile App.

Just checking in to see if the clarification helped. Were you able to decide whether your users will go with the browser option using a separate mobile-friendly page or shift them to the Power BI Mobile App for the proper mobile layout?
