OTP - Login Issue
Hi everyone,
I am able to login to Power BI on my desktop fine. Today for the first time, I tried to log in via my smart phone app, my login was taken, but additional step asks for OTP, it says welcome userXXXXX, for security reasons, we require additional informaiton to verify your account. Do you know where I can go to generate this code?
I haven't received any email throught the account linked to this login.

This depends on the security policy for your organization account. For example, when I connect Power BI Mobile with [email protected] account, it requires additional phone or pin code authentication. You can check with you IT admin about how to verify your organization account from external network.
