Multiple issues with iOS version 13.0 on iPhone 6s

We developed a few dashboards on Power BI Desktop and published it to a group of users, all of them are members of the same company. The dashboard is perfectly visible via computer for all users. 

 

The same holds true when users with an Android phone try to open the dashboard via Power BI Aapp. However, users with iOS have the following issues: 

 

Regardless whether they connect via Wifi or 4G, all tiles showed the error message:

"An unexpected error occurred. Show details." 

 

After some days, they tried again, with success in displaying the dashboards properly. However, they were still unable to open the report by clicking on a tile in the dashboards.

 

After an update to Power BI version 13.0, they are not able to open the dashboards at all.

 

All of them use an iPhone 6s.

    - Screenshots of the experience seen on an iOS mobile device.

    - If possible, screenshots of the dashboards that have this problem from the web (via the computer).

    - Please state the type of tiles that have this problem. Are these built-in visuals? Custom visuals?

    - What is the type of dataset that you use? Is it direct query?
