Mobile app access blocked

I'm getting the follow message after I try to open on my mobile the Power BI app.

App access blocked

Your organization has disabled your account [company email]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Important to know, I no longer work for that company, how do I resolve this?

Please help!

  • Hi my friend

The app is still signed in with your old company account, which they've since disabled. The fix is straightforward — go into the Power BI app settings, remove that company account, and sign in with a personal Microsoft account instead.
If the app won't let you get past that screen to do it, try going to your phone's Settings → Accounts and removing the work account from there first, then reopen the app.

Hey budy! I really appreciate your support, but I no longer have and I no longer had that work account registered in my accounts.

I have installed and uninstalled the Power BI app many times and I still getting the same error.

I have android 16 and my phone brand is a Samsung Z fold 7.

I hope you or someone else have more tips for me.

      Kind regards,

    Hello JAPAMX,
Do you have MS Authenticator or other broker app installed on your device?
you might still have the work account exists (not work profile)
please check if you can remove it

    Hi,

Can you share from where you removed the accounts? Was it from both the Android settings and the Authenticator app?

    Thanks,
    Yariv
