If we want to access our report on the report server, we get the error in the attachment. The user can view the report names and folders, but cannot see the report content. We don't get the same error on iPhone. We deleted the cache of the application. Delete and reinstall the program. We use report server not cloud. We look forward to your help.

This is the Turkish "i" problem. In Turkish uppercase "i" different from "I". If you use uppercase username in login page, the problem will be solved.
We can access reports on browser on same tablet.
IOS is fine.
