Mobile App crashing immediately- iOS
I woke up this morning and the PowerBI App won't load. I'm on an iPhone 15 pro, iOS 18.4. Worked fine yesterday, but today the app will crash immediately when I try to open it. I've tried opening from inside Teams, or directly with the app, same behavior.
I've tried:
- Power cycling the phone
- Uninstalling/reinstalling the app
- Launching in Airplane mode
- Hard restarting the phone
- Uninstalling, hard restarting, reinstalling, launching under Airplane mode
I rely on this pretty heavily. Anyone having this same issue recently? Thanks in advance.

For now Power BI mobile app for IOS does not support this version. The team is working on adding that support.

Same. I use this app for work and I have Ben unable to launch the app. I believe it's simply because 18.4 is part of the BETA iOS and some apps just not reacting properly.
Same as other responses. The Power BI mobile app isn't compatible with the Beta iOS version iOS 18.4 (22E5200s).
Please fix Microsoft!
I am also on the public beta, but to my knowledge that was previously installed before this issue came up. Maybe the PowerBI App updated and caused something to break? For now I can access it through browser, but I'd much prefer the app.
Same issue - any update on timing for a fix?
Been having the same problem for the last few days ... upsetting but relieved to know I'm not the only one
Hmmm... maybe if we weren't all such techies obsessed with getting the latest software we wouldn't be having this problem 🤔
Update available in the app store as of about 4 hours ago, but any update to resolve this issue was not included.
