Mobile App Focus Mode

As of about a day ago my visuals(Matrix and various charts) do not go into full focus mode on the mobile app. When I select focus mode there is a bit of space on the top about 15 - 20px(report is cut off at the bottom). When I sort the data by the various measures the visual moves further down on the screen until it disappears.

The only way I can make it show correctly in focus mode is if I "Copy or Select All" then double tap the visual and it will focus properly.

This is on all Android Devices. not sure about apple yet.

Which version of device your test? IOS Android? Can you please provide more content about this scenario?

In addition, I'd like to suggest you check view settings and try to use other option to test again.

I am using Version 112014 of the Mobile App on the Samsung A5 as well as S8(Android). all have the same issue.

I have attached a snipper of the behavoir.. when I open the visual in focus mode it opens like the screenshot on the left which cuts out  the bottom. 

when I click the screen on the area marked X , the "Copy/Select/Search" menu appears then double tap the visual then only will it appear correctly like the visual on the right.

Do you mean this issue only appears on Samsung device? Have you test with other android device and system version?

BTW, you can also report this issue to mobile team to get more support.
