Mobile App - Adding Multiple Dashboards into One
- 5 months ago
Hi JulieL4108 ,
Thank you for confirming that the app was already updated. In addition to the earlier checks, please verify that the dashboard is explicitly enabled in the App navigation. When editing the app, go to Update app - Navigation, and make sure the dashboard is toggled on and not hidden from the navigation menu. Even if the dashboard appears in the content list, it will not appear in the Power BI mobile app unless it is included in the navigation and the app is republished.
Also ensure the dashboard belongs to the same workspace where the app is created, as dashboards pinned from other workspaces or sources may not appear correctly in the mobile app view. After confirming this, republish the app and refresh the Power BI mobile app, or sign out and sign back in to load the latest version.
Hi JulieL4108 ,
It usually occurs when the app has not been fully republished or the dashboard was not correctly added to the app navigation. To ensure new content, such as a dashboard, appears in the mobile app, please access the App settings, verify that the dashboard is included in the Navigation or Content section, and select Update App to republish. The Power BI mobile app displays only the latest published version, so if the app is not updated, newly added dashboards will not be visible even though they are present in the workspace. After updating, refresh the Power BI mobile app or sign out and sign back in to sync with the latest version. Additionally, confirm that users have the necessary permissions for the dashboard and dataset, as missing access can also prevent items from appearing in the app.

Thank you v-sshirivolu, I had already done the suggested prior to posting, but thank you for reviewing.
