Microsoft Power BI not refreshing

Hi,

I have created, in the beginning av the year, a report with 3 side that is showing a machine status.

This was working fine until this summer, the side where rotating one after one and the information was updated, never had a problem with it. Now, after summer, it started to freeze, stopping updating and showing rotating circle, so I have to "pause" and "play" again to get it to update the fields...

Does any one have the same problem?

Does any one know where it comes from and how to fix it?

    Hey ManuSwe ,

     

    Can you please be more specific where you are experiencing the issue (Windows app, browswer)?

    Is this relates to Slideshow in Windows app?

      It is in the Windows App.

      I use the Windows App as a OEE screen for a machine, and I use the sideshow to show more information.

      The Windows App was working perfectly before summer and then it started to freeze.

      I have not made any changes on the Report and the data is still coming from the same SQL server.

      The only thing I can see that have change is the version of the Windows App, and new features, that are in fact great but make me think that it broke the stability.

      That's why I wanted to know if anyone have got the same problem...

        For additional investigation, can you please contact us using this email address [email protected]

        In the email, please provide the following details

        1) App version you're using

        2) Exact description of the problem - where exactly the app freezes - does it run at all, freeze after finishing a cycle or after a certain time?

        3) Is it a single page or miltiple pages report?
